Hebel

Today the Hebel started to go up. 

 

Before we know it, we will be at the lock up stage.

  1. Oh wow, doesn't it go up quickly... We ummed and aaahhed about the hebel for a while and decided to stick with bricks, although I am very curious to watch how it all works.
    It's looking great.

  2. Thanks Dee. Part of the conditions of buying our land was the front facade needed to be mostly rendered. The price difference for getting the front of our house rendered and having our whole house Hebel and rendered really only cost us a few thousand more so we went with it.

  3. I'm assuming you went with the $3999 promotion? It really is a lovely finish, I'm su it will look fantastic. A house without bricks is fascinating!!

  4. Yes we went with the $3999 promo. It will be interesting to find out what it is truly like living in a hebel house and if it does cut down on our heating/cooling bill?
